Mary Tobias, founder of Mimi’s on Lincoln, brings a rare combination of culinary creativity, operational expertise, and community commitment. A graduate of Kendall College's Culinary Arts program, Mary has worked in some of Chicago’s most acclaimed kitchens, including Girl & the Goat and Roister.
